【摘要】：目的研究女性生殖道微生態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)的臨床價(jià)值。方法選取正常女性健康體檢者及陰道炎就診患者1500例作為研究對(duì)象,采用問卷調(diào)查及輔助檢查結(jié)合的方式對(duì)每一位體檢者及就診者進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,分析陰道分泌物結(jié)果,統(tǒng)計(jì)各類陰道炎癥的構(gòu)成比,對(duì)陰道微生態(tài)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),分析陰道微生態(tài)失調(diào)檢出率,并分析陰道微生態(tài)失調(diào)與陰道炎的關(guān)系。結(jié)果參與研究的1500例對(duì)象中,1009例出現(xiàn)陰道微生態(tài)失調(diào),失調(diào)檢出率為67.26%;陰道微生態(tài)失調(diào)1009例對(duì)象中,患陰道炎癥的對(duì)象為880例,無陰道炎癥狀的對(duì)象為129例,感染率為87.21%。880例陰道炎構(gòu)成情況:VVC單純感染為323例,占36.70%;BV單純感染為242例,占27.50%;TV單純感染為173例,占19.65%;混合感染142例,占16.13%。結(jié)論陰道微生態(tài)失調(diào)與各種陰道炎的發(fā)生具有一定的相關(guān)性。是陰道炎發(fā)生的重要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical value of microecological evaluation of female genital tract. Methods A total of 1500 healthy women and 1500 patients with vaginitis were selected as study subjects. The results of vaginal discharge were analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and assistant examination. The composition ratio of various types of vaginitis was counted, the vaginal microecology was evaluated, the detection rate of vaginal microecological disorders was analyzed, and the relationship between vaginal microecological disorders and vaginitis was analyzed. Results among the 1500 subjects in the study, 1009 cases had vaginal microecological disorder (67.26%), among 1009 cases, 880 cases had vaginal inflammation and 129 cases had no vaginitis symptoms. The infection rate was 87.21. 880 cases of vaginitis, 323 cases of VVC infection, 242 cases of BV infection alone, 173 cases (19.65%) of TV-only infection, 142 cases of mixed infection (16.13%). Conclusion there is a certain correlation between vaginal microecological disorder and the occurrence of various vaginitis. Vaginitis is an important factor affecting the occurrence of vaginitis.
