【摘要】：探討妊娠合并卵巢腫瘤的臨床情況及處理,為提高妊娠合并卵巢腫瘤的診治水平提供資料.對(duì)南京市婦幼保健院2015年7月1日至2016年6月30日間收治并經(jīng)手術(shù)、病理證實(shí)的76例妊娠合并卵巢腫瘤病例,進(jìn)行回顧性分析.妊娠合并卵巢腫瘤患者76例,其中孕前B超檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)9例,早孕期發(fā)現(xiàn)23例,中孕期發(fā)現(xiàn)9例,晚孕期發(fā)現(xiàn)10例,剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)25例.良性腫瘤64例,瘤樣病變10例,卵巢交界性腫瘤1例,轉(zhuǎn)移性惡性腫瘤1例.孕期發(fā)生蒂扭轉(zhuǎn)3例.妊娠合并卵巢腫瘤良性常見.因早期妊娠時(shí)缺乏典型的臨床癥狀而不易早期診斷,故應(yīng)加強(qiáng)孕前及早孕期間的檢查,定期隨訪,剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中應(yīng)仔細(xì)探查雙側(cè)附件,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)卵巢腫瘤.
[Abstract]:To explore the clinical situation and treatment of pregnancy complicated with ovarian tumor, and to provide data for improving the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complicated with ovarian tumor. From July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, 76 cases of pregnancy with ovarian tumor confirmed by pathology in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. There were 76 cases of pregnancy complicated with ovarian tumor, of which 9 cases were detected by B-ultrasound before pregnancy, 23 cases during early pregnancy, 9 cases during middle pregnancy, 10 cases during late pregnancy and 25 cases during cesarean section. There were 64 benign tumors, 10 tumor-like lesions, 1 borderline ovarian tumor and 1 metastatic malignant tumor. Pedicle torsion occurred in 3 cases during pregnancy. Benign ovarian tumors are common in pregnancy. It is difficult to diagnose early because of the lack of typical clinical symptoms in early pregnancy, so we should strengthen the examination before pregnancy and early pregnancy, follow up regularly, explore bilateral appendages carefully during cesarean section, and find ovarian tumor in time.
