【摘要】：目的探討日間手術(shù)模式應(yīng)用于宮腔鏡子宮內(nèi)膜息肉切除術(shù)的可行性與安全性。方法我院2012年7月~2013年6月42例宮腔鏡下子宮內(nèi)膜息肉切除術(shù)采用日間手術(shù)模式中的過夜模式,即入院當(dāng)日手術(shù),當(dāng)晚留院觀察,次日出院,觀察住院費(fèi)用,術(shù)后疼痛、陰道流血等手術(shù)效果。結(jié)果 42例宮腔鏡子宮內(nèi)膜息肉切除術(shù)順利完成。2例因腹痛腹脹明顯伴有陰道流血多而延長(zhǎng)住院時(shí)間;1例術(shù)后惡心較重而延長(zhǎng)住院時(shí)間。除3例延遲出院外,39例均在住院24 h內(nèi)手術(shù)并安全離院,住院費(fèi)用(3685±338)元。1例術(shù)后第5天病理回報(bào)中重度不典型增生,再次住院行全子宮切除手術(shù)治療。39例24 h內(nèi)出院中,除2例失訪和1例不典型增生,余36例對(duì)日間宮腔鏡手術(shù)模式療效滿意。結(jié)論日間手術(shù)模式應(yīng)用于宮腔鏡子宮內(nèi)膜息肉切除術(shù)可行、安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility and safety of day operation in hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps. Methods from July 2012 to June 2013, 42 cases of hysteroscopic endometrial polyposis resection were treated by overnight operation, i.e., operation on the day of admission, stay in hospital that night, discharge the next day, observe the cost of hospitalization and postoperative pain. Vaginal bleeding and other surgical results. Results 42 cases of hysteroscopic endometrial polyposis resection were successfully completed. 2 cases were prolonged hospitalization time due to abdominal pain abdominal distension and vaginal bleeding. 1 case had severe postoperative nausea and prolonged hospitalization time. Except for 3 cases of delayed discharge, 39 cases were operated in hospital within 24 hours and left hospital safely. The cost of hospitalization was 3685 鹵338 yuan. 1 cases of moderate and severe atypical hyperplasia were returned by pathology on the 5th day after operation. In addition, 39 cases were discharged from hospital within 24 hours after total hysterectomy. Except for 2 cases of missing visit and 1 case of atypical hyperplasia, 36 cases were satisfied with the curative effect of day hysteroscopic operation. Conclusion the method of day operation is safe and feasible for hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps.
