【摘要】：正在世界范圍內(nèi),子宮內(nèi)膜癌是第六大常見(jiàn)的惡性腫瘤,每年約有290 000例新發(fā)病例。高收入國(guó)家的發(fā)病率(5.5%)高于低收入國(guó)家(4.2%),但是后者的疾病病死率卻高于前者。至75歲時(shí)婦女患子宮內(nèi)膜癌的累積風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在高收入地區(qū)是1.6%,在低收入國(guó)家是0.7%。這種差別與肥胖和缺乏體力活動(dòng)的流行病學(xué)特點(diǎn)有關(guān),這兩個(gè)重要的高危因素在高收入國(guó)家普遍存在。肥胖的子宮內(nèi)膜樣
[Abstract]:Endometrial carcinoma is the sixth most common malignant tumor worldwide, with about 290, 000 new cases annually. The morbidity rate of high income countries is 5.5% higher than that of low income countries, but the mortality of the latter is higher than that of low income countries. The cumulative risk of endometrial cancer in women aged 75 years is 1.6 in high-income areas and 0.7 in low-income countries.
