【摘要】：目的：對(duì)比分析漢族與維吾爾族妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes Mellitus,GDM)的妊娠結(jié)局。方法：回顧性分析新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科及產(chǎn)科2011年5月-2013年5月診治妊娠期糖尿病患者105例,其中漢族組57例(GDM漢族組),維吾爾族組48例(GDM維吾爾族組)。對(duì)照組為妊娠期糖代謝正常孕婦121例。對(duì)比這三組妊娠結(jié)局的差異。結(jié)果：GDM漢族組的年齡、孕前體質(zhì)量及巨大兒發(fā)生率均明顯大于對(duì)照組(P0.05)；GDM維吾爾族組的年齡、孕前體質(zhì)量、分娩體質(zhì)量、早產(chǎn)率及巨大兒發(fā)生率,均明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。GDM維吾爾族組的早產(chǎn)率和巨大兒發(fā)生率均顯著高于GDM漢族組(P0.05)。結(jié)論：GDM孕婦,孕婦和新生兒的不良事件發(fā)生率均高于對(duì)照組；在GDM患者中,維吾爾族孕婦較漢族孕婦更易發(fā)生妊娠相關(guān)不良事件。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare and analyze the pregnancy outcome of Gestrational Diabetes Mellitusus Mellitusus GDM (GDM) in Han nationality and Uygur nationality. Methods: 105 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) were analyzed retrospectively in the Department of Endocrinology and Obstetrics in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2011 to May 2013. Among them, 57 cases were from Han nationality group with GDM and 48 cases from Uygur nationality group with GDM. The control group consisted of 121 pregnant women with normal glucose metabolism. The pregnancy outcomes of the three groups were compared. Results the age, pregestational weight and incidence of macrosomia in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). The age, weight of preconception, body mass of parturition, rate of premature delivery and incidence of macrosomia were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). The rate of premature delivery and the incidence of macrosomia in Uygur group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05) and the incidence of macrosomia was significantly higher than that in GDM Han nationality group (P 0.05). Conclusion the incidence of adverse events in pregnant women, pregnant women and newborns with GDM is higher than that in control group, and in GDM patients, Uygur pregnant women are more likely to have pregnancy-related adverse events than those of Han women.
