【摘要】：目的:分析并研究復(fù)方甲羥孕酮和替勃龍補(bǔ)充療法對(duì)經(jīng)期綜合征進(jìn)行治療的臨床效果。方法:選擇我院在2014年9月—2016年4月收治的150例絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者作為本研究的研究對(duì)象,所有患者按照隨機(jī)方法劃分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組各有75例。對(duì)照組患者單純給予替勃龍進(jìn)行治療,觀察組患者聯(lián)合給藥復(fù)方甲羥孕酮聯(lián)合替勃龍進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充治療。對(duì)兩組患者的治療效果進(jìn)行觀察并作比較。結(jié)果:觀察組患者的治療有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組,兩組患者比較差異明顯,P0.05,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;對(duì)兩組患者治療前后的血清相關(guān)指標(biāo)的變化情況進(jìn)行比較,治療以后,兩組患者均有所改善,但觀察組患者的改善更為明顯,P0.05,差異明顯,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:臨床上,對(duì)于絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者,聯(lián)合給藥復(fù)方甲羥孕酮和替勃龍進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充治療,能夠起到更好的治療效果,提高臨床的治療有效率,促進(jìn)患者各項(xiàng)血清水平恢復(fù)正常,值得在臨床上推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze and study the clinical effect of compound medroxyprogesterone and TMB supplementation in the treatment of menstrual syndrome. Methods: 150 cases of menopause syndrome treated in our hospital from September 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study. All the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the following machine methods. Each group was divided into the control group and the control group. There were 75 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with TMB alone. The patients in the observation group were combined with medroxyprogesterone combined with TMB. The treatment effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results: the effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference of the two groups was significantly different, P0.05, with the comparison. Statistical significance; the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of serum related indicators of changes in the situation, after treatment, the two groups of patients have improved, but the improvement of the observation group is more obvious, P0.05, the difference is significant. Conclusion: in clinical, for patients with menopause syndrome, combined Administration of medroxyprogesterone compound and replacement of medroxyprogesterone and replacement. It can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and promote the recovery of the serum levels of the patients. It is worth to use in clinical practice.
