【摘要】：正孕婦,29歲,G_1P_0,孕27周,于我院行產(chǎn)前胎兒系統(tǒng)畸形篩查。超聲示:雙活胎,兩胎兒之間可見弱回聲光帶,宮內(nèi)一個胎盤。上方胎兒:橫位。羊水暗區(qū)最大深度60mm,羊水清。胎兒心臟(圖1A):心軸左偏,心胸比例增大約54%,右心系統(tǒng)偏大。超聲測值符合23周。下方胎兒:顱骨形態(tài)呈不規(guī)則環(huán)形,骨皮質(zhì)變薄,邊緣模糊,囟門變寬,雙頂徑45mm,頭圍約504mm,腦實質(zhì)回聲絕大部分減少,內(nèi)充滿無回聲,眼眶可見,內(nèi)未見眼球,鼻骨不可見,唇顯示不清。胸廓欠規(guī)則,胸圍476mm,胸腔內(nèi)見一心臟遺跡(圖1B),約
[Abstract]:Pregnant women 29 years old and 27 weeks pregnant were screened for fetal malformation in our hospital. Ultrasound: twin live fetus, the two fetuses between the weak echo band, intrauterine placenta. Upper fetus: transverse position. The maximum depth of amniotic fluid dark area is 60 mm, amniotic fluid is clear. Fetal heart (fig. 1 A: axis left deviation, cardiothoracic ratio increases about 54%, right heart system is larger. The ultrasonic values were in accordance with 23 weeks. The lower fetus: the shape of the skull is irregular, the cortex is thinning, the margin is blurred, the fontanelle is wider, the biparietal diameter is 45mm, the head circumference is about 504mm, the echo of the brain parenchyma is mostly reduced, the brain is filled with no echo, the orbit is visible, the eyeball is not seen inside, and the nasal bone is not visible. The lips are indistinct. The thorax is irregular, chest circumference is 476mm, and a cardiac vestige is visible in the chest (fig.
