【摘要】：目的：探討妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellilus, GDM)患者妊娠晚期血糖、血脂水平變化與新生兒體重的關(guān)系。方法：選擇2012年5月至2013年6月在新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院嚴(yán)格檢查并分娩,且臨床資料完整的妊娠期糖尿病孕婦共150例,其中漢族107例,維族43例,并以同期120例正常妊娠期婦女,其中包括漢族97例,維族23例作為對(duì)照組,并采用酶學(xué)的方法來(lái)測(cè)定妊娠期糖尿病組孕婦和正常組孕婦妊娠晚期血糖、血脂的水平變化,同時(shí)測(cè)定兩組孕婦分娩后的新生兒體重。結(jié)果：1.與正常組相比,妊娠期糖尿病孕婦的總膽固醇(TC)水平、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)膽固醇水平及高密度脂蛋白(HDL)膽固醇水平均高于正常組,但差異無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而空腹血糖及甘油三酯(TG)水平顯著高于正常組(P0.01)。2.維族孕婦比漢族孕婦血糖偏高,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),血脂水平偏高,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。3.Person's分析顯示,妊娠期糖尿病孕婦妊娠晚期血糖、甘油三酯水平與新生兒體重存在顯著的正相關(guān)性(P0.01)。結(jié)論：妊娠期糖尿病孕婦妊娠晚期血清血糖、甘油三酯水平的增加與新生兒體重有著密切的相關(guān)性。妊娠晚期孕婦血清甘油三酯水平可能是妊娠期糖尿病孕婦分娩巨大兒的獨(dú)立預(yù)測(cè)因素。妊娠期糖尿病患者不同孕期血脂變化不同,不同糖代謝異�；颊哐兓煌�
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the changes of blood glucose, blood lipids and neonatal weight in gestational diabetes mellilus, GDM) patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: a total of 150 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) were selected from May 2012 to June 2013 in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, including 107 cases of Han nationality and 43 cases of Uygur nationality. In the same period, 120 normal pregnant women, including 97 Han women and 23 Uygur women, were used as control group. The changes of blood glucose and blood lipid levels in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and normal pregnant women in late pregnancy were measured by enzymatic method. At the same time, the birth weight of the two groups of pregnant women after delivery was measured. The result is 1: 1. Compared with the normal group, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDLL) cholesterol and high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were higher than those in normal women. However, there was no significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and triglyceride (TGG) between the two groups. The blood glucose of Uygur pregnant women was higher than that of Han women (P 0.01), and the level of blood lipid was higher than that of Han women. There was no significant difference in blood glucose, triglyceride levels and neonatal weight in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Conclusion: the increase of serum glucose and triglyceride levels in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus has a close correlation with neonatal weight. Serum triglyceride level may be an independent predictor of macrosomia in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. The changes of serum lipids were different in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and abnormal glucose metabolism (GDM).
