【摘要】：目的對(duì)產(chǎn)婦會(huì)陰部手術(shù)切口感染危險(xiǎn)因素與病原菌進(jìn)行臨床分析研究,以供參考。方法選擇于2015年1月1日~2017年1月1日,在我院行會(huì)陰部手術(shù)的302例產(chǎn)婦作為本次的研究對(duì)象,對(duì)產(chǎn)婦的手術(shù)切口感染發(fā)生率進(jìn)行記錄,并對(duì)切口感染的危險(xiǎn)因素以及病原菌進(jìn)行分析研究。結(jié)果 02例產(chǎn)婦中,有8例患者出現(xiàn)了手術(shù)切口感染的情況,感染率為2.65%,其中產(chǎn)婦切口送檢的樣本中,分理出的31株病原菌中,革蘭陽性菌20株,占64.52%,革蘭陰性菌10株,占32.25%,真菌1株,占3.23%。且經(jīng)過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)婦手術(shù)切口感染的主要危險(xiǎn)因素包括產(chǎn)婦的體質(zhì)量、急性疾病情況、住院時(shí)間以及術(shù)后所使用的預(yù)防性抗菌藥物。結(jié)論在會(huì)陰部手術(shù)切口感染中出現(xiàn)較多的病原菌主要為格蘭陽性菌,對(duì)產(chǎn)婦手術(shù)切口出現(xiàn)感染的危險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了解以及控制,可有效減少患者出現(xiàn)術(shù)后手術(shù)切口感染的幾率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the risk factors and pathogenic bacteria of perineal incision infection in parturient for reference. Methods 302 parturients who underwent perineum operation in our hospital from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The incidence of incision infection in the parturient was recorded. The risk factors and pathogenic bacteria of incision infection were analyzed. Results of the 02 cases, 8 cases had surgical incision infection, the infection rate was 2.65. Of the 31 strains of pathogenic bacteria, 20 were Gram-positive bacteria (64.52%), 10 were Gram-negative bacteria. 32.25%, 1 strain of fungi, 3.23%. It was found that the main risk factors of surgical incision infection included maternal body weight, acute disease, hospital stay and prophylactic antimicrobial agents used after operation. Conclusion Gran positive bacteria is the main pathogen in the infection of perineal incision. To understand and control the risk factors of infection in surgical incision of puerpera can effectively reduce the probability of postoperative infection.
