【摘要】：目的:探討不同分型卵巢癌患者組織中瘦素(Leptin)mRNA的表達(dá)差異及臨床價(jià)值。方法:收集我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的卵巢癌患者129例及正常對(duì)照42例,于超聲引導(dǎo)下行卵巢穿刺活檢術(shù),取少量卵巢周圍組織,提取總RNA并純化mRNA,運(yùn)用RT-PCR技術(shù)檢測(cè)各組leptin mRNA的表達(dá)情況,并分析leptin表達(dá)與不同分期,不同病理分型相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:與正常對(duì)照組相比,各組卵巢組織中l(wèi)eptin mRNA的表達(dá)均有所升高(P0.05),且漿液性腺癌組leptin mRNA的表達(dá)尤為明顯(P0.05);漿液性腺癌組各臨床分期中,Ⅲ期卵巢組織中l(wèi)eptin mRNA的表達(dá)最為顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:Leptin在不同分型不同分期卵巢癌組織中有一定表達(dá)差異,可能成為一種早期檢測(cè)、診斷卵巢癌的新型指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the difference and clinical value of leptin Leptinn mRNA expression in different types of ovarian cancer. Methods: 129 patients with ovarian cancer and 42 normal controls were collected from June 2015 to June 2016. Total RNA was extracted and purified. The expression of leptin mRNA in each group was detected by RT-PCR technique, and the correlation between leptin expression and different stages and pathological types was analyzed.
