【摘要】：正準(zhǔn)確的鑒別透明細(xì)胞癌和子宮內(nèi)膜樣癌有著非常重要的臨床意義,部分內(nèi)膜樣癌伴透明細(xì)胞改變,可以模擬透明細(xì)胞癌。作者評估一組免疫組化標(biāo)志物能否幫助鑒別這幾種腫瘤。64例透明細(xì)胞癌(40例來源卵巢和24例來源子宮)、34例內(nèi)膜樣癌(21例來源卵巢和13例來源子宮)及34
[Abstract]:It is very important to distinguish clear cell carcinoma from endometrial carcinoma. Some endometrial carcinoma with clear cell change can mimic clear cell carcinoma. The authors assessed whether a set of immunohistochemical markers could help to differentiate these tumors from ovarian origin in 40 cases with clear cell carcinoma and ovarian origin in 34 cases with endometrial carcinoma in 24 cases (21 cases with ovarian origin and 13 cases with uterine origin) and 34 cases with endometrial carcinoma.
