【摘要】：本文報(bào)道2015年11月對(duì)1例復(fù)發(fā)性子宮內(nèi)膜癌行腹腔鏡下切除腹主動(dòng)脈旁淋巴結(jié)病灶,手術(shù)時(shí)間145min,出血量50 ml,術(shù)后住院7 d。術(shù)后第5天開始化療,輔助放療。2016年8月隨訪未見腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)。我們認(rèn)為復(fù)發(fā)性子宮內(nèi)膜癌腹主動(dòng)脈旁淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)病灶可在腹腔鏡下切除。
[Abstract]:This paper reports a case of recurrent endometrial carcinoma undergoing laparoscopic resection of para-aortic lymph node lesions in November 2015. The operative time was 145 min and the bleeding volume was 50 ml. The patient was hospitalized for 7 days. Chemotherapy and adjuvant radiotherapy began on the 5th day after operation. No recurrence was observed in August 2016. We believe that recurrent endometrial carcinoma can be resected by laparoscopy.
