【摘要】：目的:對卡前列甲酯(卡孕)栓與替勃龍(利維愛)在絕經(jīng)期婦女困難取環(huán)中的應(yīng)用效果進行探討。方法:2012年6月至2013年6月于本院收治的絕經(jīng)期困難取環(huán)婦女60例分為對照組和觀察組,每組各30例,兩組患者取環(huán)前一周開始均口服替勃龍2.5 mg/d,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上于術(shù)前1 h陰道后穹窿放置卡前列甲酯栓0.5 mg。比較兩組手術(shù)時間、出血量及宮頸擴張程度。結(jié)果:觀察者患者手術(shù)時間、出血量及宮頸擴張程度均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:卡前列甲酯栓與替勃龍用于絕經(jīng)期婦女困難取環(huán)中,可促使宮頸進一步軟化和擴張,有利于取環(huán)成功率的提升,其效果安全可靠,值得推廣及應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of methyl carprost (carprost) suppository and tibolone (Levilon) in the treatment of menopausal women. Methods: from June 2012 to June 2013, 60 women with menopausal difficulties were divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30). The patients in both groups were given tibolone 2.5 mg / d at the beginning of the week before the removal of the ring. On this basis, 0.5 mg / d of methyl carprost suppository was placed in the posterior fornix of the vagina 1 hour before operation in the observation group. The operation time, bleeding volume and cervical dilatation were compared between the two groups. Results: the operative time, bleeding volume and cervical dilatation in the observer group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of carboprost methyl ester suppository and tibolone in menopausal women can promote the cervix softening and dilatation, and promote the success rate of ring removal. Its effect is safe and reliable, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
