子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌組織中eIF-4A與Cyclin D1的表達及其臨床意義

【摘要】:目的檢測子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌組織中真核起始因子-4A (eIF-4A)、細胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)的表達,探討其臨床意義。 方法通過免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測120例子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌組織及40例正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中eIF-4A及Cyclin D1蛋白的表達,并分析兩者之間的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果eIF-4A蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌組織中的陽性表達率(76.7%)明顯高于其在正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的陽性表達率(20.0%),差異有顯著性(x2=38.72,P0.01),eIF-4A蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌組織中的表達與腫瘤的臨床病理分期(x2=13.36,P0.05)、淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移(x2=4.36,P0.05)、組織分化程度(x2=12.32,P0.05)呈明顯的相關(guān)性。Cyclin D1在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌組織中的陽性表達明顯高于其在正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的陽性表達(x2=46.73, P0.05), Cyclin D1在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌組織中的陽性表達與患者的組織分化程度(x2=24.73,P0.05)及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(x2=5.24,P0.05)密切相關(guān)。子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌組織eIF-4A與Cyclin D1的表達的呈顯著的正相關(guān)(r=0.824,P0.01)。 結(jié)論eIF-4A及Cyclin D1可能參與了子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌發(fā)生、進展及淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移的過程,在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中eIF4A對Cyclin D1表達可能起調(diào)控作用,兩者有望成為預(yù)測子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌惡性程度的重要生物學(xué)指標,有助于指導(dǎo)臨床治療方案的選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of eukaryotic initiation factor -4A eIF-4Am, cyclin D1(Cyclin D _ 1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods the expression of eIF-4A and Cyclin D1 protein in 120 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma and 40 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical method, and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results the positive expression rate of eIF-4A protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues. The difference was significant in the expression and swelling of eIF-4A protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues. The expression of Cyclin D1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue. The positive expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma was closely related to the degree of tissue differentiation (P 0.05) and lymph node metastasis (P 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of eIF-4A and Cyclin D1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Conclusion eIF-4A and Cyclin D1 may be involved in the development, progression and lymphatic metastasis of endometrial adenocarcinoma. EIF4A may play a regulatory role in the expression of Cyclin D1 during the development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Both of them are expected to be an important biological index to predict the malignant degree of endometrial adenocarcinoma and to guide the choice of clinical treatment.
