【摘要】：目的評價LEEP刀療法與微波療法在治療慢性宮頸炎中的療效。方法依據(jù)循證醫(yī)學(xué)原則,采用Cochrane系統(tǒng)評價方法,檢索2000-2015年期間Cochrane圖書館、Pub Med、CNKI、中國醫(yī)藥文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM)、萬方和重慶維普等數(shù)據(jù)庫中公開發(fā)表的文獻(xiàn),將LEEP刀療法與微波療法在治療慢性宮頸炎的隨機對照試驗(RCTs)納入研究。采用Rev Man5.0和R軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果 (1)共納入7篇符合要求的RCTs文獻(xiàn),共計1 052例患者(LEEP刀組522例,微波組530例)。(2)所納入的研究根據(jù)隨機方法、分配隱藏、盲法、失訪、基線比較和等級描述等進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評估,結(jié)果質(zhì)量均達(dá)到B。Meta分析結(jié)果:LEEP刀療法組的總有效率高于微波療法組(RR=1.06,95%CI:1.00~1.10,P=0.01);LEEP刀療法組和微波療法組在輕度和中度慢性宮頸炎的亞組中總有效率上并沒有明顯差別(輕度RR=1.00,95%CI:0.97~1.04,P=0.93;中度RR=1.07,95%CI:0.99~11.08,P=0.12);在重度的亞組中,LEEP刀療法組的總有效率高于微波療法組(重度RR=1.10,95%CI:1.04~1.16,P=0.002);LEEP刀療法組的手術(shù)中出血量低于微波療法組(WMD=-2.47,95%CI:-2.74~-2.20,P0.000 01);LEEP刀療法組的陰道流液時間短于微波療法組(WMD=-2.00,95%CI:-2.22~-1.78,P0.000 01)。結(jié)論 LEEP刀療法在治療慢性宮頸炎的總有效率和圍手術(shù)期指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于微波療法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of LEEP knife therapy and microwave therapy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods according to the principle of evidence-based medicine, the Cochrane system evaluation method was used to search the published documents in the Cochrane library Pub Medna CNKI, China Medical Literature Database, Wanfang and Chongqing Weipu from 2000 to 2015.
