【摘要】：聯(lián)合放療和化療的綜合治療是宮頸癌的主要治療方法�；熢趯m頸癌高危病例和晚期復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移患者的治療中是必不可缺的重要手段。然而宮頸癌細(xì)胞對(duì)化療藥物產(chǎn)生的耐藥性嚴(yán)重地影響了化療藥物的治療效果。因此,探討預(yù)測(cè)宮頸癌化療敏感性的生物學(xué)指標(biāo),增強(qiáng)化療藥物敏感性,尋求逆轉(zhuǎn)化療耐藥的新方法及靶向治療將為宮頸癌化療耐藥的處理提供新的視角。
[Abstract]:Combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main treatments for cervical cancer. Chemotherapy is an essential and important method in the treatment of high risk cases of cervical cancer and patients with advanced recurrence and metastasis. However, the resistance of cervical cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drugs seriously affects the efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs. Therefore, exploring the biological indexes of predicting the chemosensitivity of cervical cancer, enhancing the chemosensitivity, seeking a new method of reversing chemoresistance and targeting therapy will provide a new perspective for the treatment of chemoresistance in cervical cancer.
