【摘要】：目的了解妊娠期細(xì)小病毒B19感染情況,為制訂實(shí)施更為科學(xué)有效的產(chǎn)前篩查方法提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法選取2016年1月至5月在中國人民解放軍第二0二醫(yī)院進(jìn)行產(chǎn)檢的志愿者婦女455例,其中育齡婦女組69例,正常孕婦組223例,胎停孕婦組74例,胎兒異常流產(chǎn)或引產(chǎn)組89例。將各組資料與國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行比較。收集各組血清標(biāo)本進(jìn)行B19 Ig G、Ig M抗體測定。結(jié)果與育齡婦女組比較,其余各組B19 Ig G、Ig M陽性率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。本地區(qū)育齡婦女B19 Ig G、Ig M陽性率均低于國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究結(jié)果(P0.05)。結(jié)論建議對高危人群在孕前評估對B19的免疫力,對易感人群在孕期進(jìn)行B19病毒篩查。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection of parvovirus B 19 in pregnancy and to provide basic data for the development and implementation of more scientific and effective prenatal screening methods. Methods 455 volunteer women were selected from January to May 2016 in the 202 Hospital of the Chinese people's Liberation Army (PLA), including 69 women of childbearing age, 223 normal pregnant women, 74 aborted pregnant women and 89 fetuses with abnormal abortion or induced labor. The data of each group were compared with domestic and foreign related studies. The serum samples of each group were collected and tested for B 19 Ig G G M antibody. Results there was no significant difference in the positive rate of B19 Ig G G M between the other groups and the childbearing age group (P 0.05). The positive rates of B19 Ig GG M in women of childbearing age were lower than those of domestic and foreign studies. Conclusion it is suggested that the high risk population should be evaluated for the immunity to B19 before pregnancy and the susceptible population should be screened for B19 virus during pregnancy.
