【摘要】：正剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)后子宮瘢痕妊娠(CSP)指妊娠囊或胚囊種植在剖宮產(chǎn)瘢痕部位,屬于少見的異位妊娠,近年來隨著剖宮產(chǎn)率上升,CSP患者逐年增多,CSP早期臨床癥狀隱蔽,常被誤診為正常妊娠,若處理方式不當(dāng),可能造成難以控制的大出血,甚至子宮破裂,危及患者生命[1,2]。2008年1月1日~2013年12月31日,我們共收治43例CSP患者,治療效果滿意�，F(xiàn)回顧分析其治療方法與結(jié)局,總結(jié)治療經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Cicatricial pregnancy (CSP) after cesarean section (cicatricial pregnancy) is a rare ectopic pregnancy. In recent years, the rate of cesarean section is rare. In recent years, with the increase of cesarean section rate, the number of CSP patients is increasing year by year. The early clinical symptoms of CSP are often misdiagnosed as normal pregnancy. Rupture of the uterus, endanger the patient's life, [1,2].2008 year, January 1st ~2013 year, December 31st, 43 cases of CSP patients were treated, and the treatment effect was satisfactory. The treatment methods and outcomes were reviewed and the experience of treatment was summarized.
