【摘要】：microRNA是一類進(jìn)化上保守的非編碼小分子RNA,其具有參與轉(zhuǎn)錄后基因表達(dá)調(diào)控的功能,與腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展、診斷、治療等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)密切相關(guān),是近年來研究熱點(diǎn)。在所有婦科惡性腫瘤中,上皮性卵巢癌(Epithelial ovarian cancer,EOC)是導(dǎo)致女性死亡的主要原因,對(duì)婦女生命造成嚴(yán)重威脅。本文就上皮性卵巢癌侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)制相關(guān)microRNA的研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:MicroRNA is a class of evolutionarily conserved non-coding small molecule RNAs, which plays a role in the regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression and is closely related to tumorigenesis, diagnosis, treatment and so on, which is a hot research topic in recent years. Among all gynecological malignancies, epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is the leading cause of death in women and poses a serious threat to women's lives. This article reviews the research progress of microRNA related to invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
