【摘要】：正一、病例摘要患者25歲,已婚,因"停經(jīng)2個多月,彩色超聲檢查提示胚胎停止發(fā)育3 d"于2016年8月8日入山東省淄博市齊都醫(yī)院�；颊咂剿卦陆�(jīng)不規(guī)律,周期30多天至2個多月長短不等,經(jīng)期4~5 d,經(jīng)色量正常。自訴近半年來反復(fù)出現(xiàn)經(jīng)后2~3 d再次出現(xiàn)陰道流血2~3 d,量同月經(jīng)量,一直未診治,末次月經(jīng)不詳�；颊甙ū敬稳焉锕�6
[Abstract]:The first case, 25 years old, married, was admitted to Zidu Hospital of Zibo City, Shandong Province on August 8, 2016, due to "menopause for more than 2 months, color ultrasound examination showed that the embryo stopped developing for 3 days" on August 8, 2016. Patients with irregular menstruation, the cycle of more than 30 days to more than 2 months, menstrual period of 4 to 5 days, normal color. In the past half a year, the patient repeatedly appeared vaginal bleeding for 2 days and 3 days after menstruation.
