【摘要】：目的:探討完帶湯聯(lián)合抗生素治療炎性盆腔痛患者的臨床療效。方法:選擇2012年7月—2014年6月本院收治的慢性盆腔痛患者70例,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組35例,對(duì)照組給予奧硝唑氯化鈉注射液靜脈滴注,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用完帶湯加減,兩組均連續(xù)治療10d,比較兩組患者臨床療效、治療前后疼痛評(píng)分以及治療前后中醫(yī)證候、體征總評(píng)分。結(jié)果:觀察組治療總有效率為94.29%、對(duì)照組治療總有效率為77.14%,兩組比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療前,兩組患者疼痛評(píng)分不具有差異(P0.05),治療后,觀察組患者疼痛評(píng)分改善情況顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療前,兩組患者證候體征總積分不具有差異(P0.05),治療后,觀察組患者證候體征總積分改善情況顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)完帶湯聯(lián)合抗生素治療炎性盆腔痛其臨床療效顯著,且能夠顯著改善患者疼痛程度以及中醫(yī)證候、體征積分,具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Wandai decoction combined with antibiotics in treating inflammatory pelvic pain patients. Methods: from July 2012 to June 2014, 70 patients with chronic pelvic pain were randomly divided into observation group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35). The two groups were treated continuously for 10 days. The clinical efficacy, pain score, TCM syndromes and physical signs were compared before and after treatment in the observation group. Results: the total effective rate of treatment was 94.29 in the observation group and 77.14 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The improvement of the pain score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the total score of the symptoms and signs of the two groups had no difference before treatment. After treatment, the improvement of the total score of the symptoms and signs of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of inflammatory pelvic pain with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and antibiotics has a significant clinical effect, and can significantly improve the degree of pain in patients, TCM syndromes, physical signs integral, has a certain clinical application value.
