【摘要】：目的:探究產(chǎn)前系統(tǒng)超聲檢查應用在胎兒畸形診斷中的臨床價值。材料與方法:回顧性分析2013年7月到2015年7月期間內(nèi)到我院行彩色多普勒超聲檢查(孕周16-40)856例孕婦檢查結(jié)果資料,并把檢查結(jié)果和引產(chǎn)、分娩結(jié)果進行對比。結(jié)果:在856例孕婦檢查結(jié)果中,由超聲檢出胎兒畸形為例30例,經(jīng)引產(chǎn)、分娩證實的為32例,檢查準確率為93.6%;誤診0例,誤診率為0;漏診2例,漏診率為6.4%。結(jié)論:系統(tǒng)超聲檢查在妊娠中晚期檢查胎兒畸形具有極高的應用價值,可盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)胎兒缺陷,對于提高人口出生健康具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical value of prenatal system ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal malformation. Materials and methods: color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015. The results of color Doppler ultrasound examination were compared with the results of induced labor and delivery in 856 pregnant women. Results: of the 856 pregnant women, 30 cases were detected fetal malformation by ultrasound, 32 cases were confirmed by induced labor, and the accuracy of examination was 93.6%, misdiagnosis rate was 0 in 0 cases, missed diagnosis rate was 6.4% in 2 cases. Conclusion: systematic ultrasonography is of great value in the detection of fetal malformation in middle and late pregnancy. It can detect fetal defects as early as possible and has great significance for improving the birth health of the population.
