【摘要】：目的探討感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)的孕婦所生子女低出生體重情況及其相關影響因素,為中國HIV母嬰阻斷工作提供參考。方法以2003年1月至2014年12月湖北、河北、山西部分縣市及新疆伊寧市發(fā)現(xiàn)的HIV陽性孕婦及其子女為研究對象,收集相關資料進行卡方檢驗及Logistic回歸分析,探討其子女低出生體重的危險因素。結果納入研究的608名子女中,低出生體重31人(5.10%)。多因素Logistic回歸分析表明,子女低出生體重的危險因素包括:阻斷方案中含有蛋白酶抑制劑(PI)[比值比(OR)=4.491,95%可信區(qū)間(CI):1.336~15.093]、子女HIV陽性(OR=4.652,95%CI:1.547~13.995)。結論應盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)HIV陽性孕婦并進行抗反轉錄病毒治療,同時應警惕PI類藥物對子女出生體重的影響,做好早期預防和管理,以降低低出生體重發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the low birth weight (LBW) of pregnant women infected with HIV / AIDS (HIV / AIDS) and its related factors, and to provide a reference for the blocking of HIV mother and child in China. Methods from January 2003 to December 2014, pregnant women and their children with HIV positive were collected for chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis. To explore the risk factors of low birth weight for their children. Results among the 608 children in the study, 31 children with low birth weight were 5.10. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for low birth weight of children were as follows: the blocking regimen contained protease inhibitor Pi) [the ratio was 4.491% 95% confidence interval (CI: 1.336) 15.093], and the HIV positive rate of children was 1.652% 95% CI: 1.547% 13.995. Conclusion HIV positive pregnant women should be detected as soon as possible and treated with antiretrovirus, and the influence of Pi drugs on the birth weight of their children should be warned, and early prevention and management should be done in order to reduce the incidence of low birth weight.
