【摘要】：胎兒纖維連接蛋白(fetal Fibronectin,fFN)是一種存在于羊膜、蛻膜和絨毛膜基質(zhì)的糖蛋白,在孕婦胎盤與子宮之間起著連接支持作用。在正常情況,fFN在宮頸陰道分泌物中的含量成分比較少,在孕22-35周,正常機(jī)體條件下,一般無法檢測(cè)到fFN的含量,但是在22周后,在孕婦陰道分泌物中檢測(cè)到比較高含量的fFN值,則預(yù)示著具有早產(chǎn)的可能性。在臨床研究中,關(guān)于自發(fā)性早產(chǎn)與fFN含量關(guān)系研究的資料不勝枚舉,深入研究并理解fFN與自發(fā)性早產(chǎn)的相關(guān)性,具有不可估量的意義。在本文的研究中,將針對(duì)fFN與自發(fā)性早產(chǎn)的關(guān)系,深入探討一些重要問題。
[Abstract]:Fetal Fibronectin ( FFN ) is a glycoprotein present in the amniotic membrane , decidual membrane and chorionic matrix . In the normal condition , the content of fFN in the vaginal discharge of the pregnant woman is less than that of fFN . In the clinical study , the correlation between fFN and spontaneous preterm labor is well understood , and the relationship between fFN and spontaneous preterm labor is understood .
