【摘要】：隨著輔助生殖技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,宮內(nèi)外復(fù)合妊娠發(fā)病率逐漸升高。超聲檢查是診斷宮內(nèi)外復(fù)合妊娠的主要方式,但由于警惕性不足,臨床表現(xiàn)缺乏特異性,容易漏診。宮內(nèi)外復(fù)合妊娠的治療以保守治療和手術(shù)治療為主。由于多數(shù)患者要求保留宮內(nèi)妊娠,治療時(shí)需要綜合考慮到對(duì)宮內(nèi)妊娠的影響和患者的安全性,個(gè)體化選擇治療方案。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of assisted reproductive technology, the incidence of intrauterine pregnancy increased gradually. Ultrasonic examination is the main way to diagnose intrauterine complex pregnancy, but due to lack of vigilance and lack of specificity in clinical manifestations, it is easy to miss diagnosis. Conservative treatment and surgical treatment were the main treatment of combined intrauterine pregnancy. Because most patients need to retain intrauterine pregnancy, we should consider the influence of intrauterine pregnancy and the safety of patients.
