【摘要】：目的研究子癇前期(preeclampsia,PE)患者胎盤(pán)組織中的黏蛋白1(MUC1)、整合素β3(Integrinβ3)的表達(dá)情況,探討二者在子癇前期胎盤(pán)中的作用。方法采用蛋白質(zhì)印跡法檢測(cè)子癇前期輕度組(輕度PE組,20例)、重度組(重度PE組,20例)和正常妊娠組(正常組,20例)胎盤(pán)組織中MUC1和Integrinβ3蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 1 MUC1在正常組,輕度PE組和重度PE組胎盤(pán)組織中相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為0.53±0.13、0.56±0.12和0.90±0.20,輕、重度PE組均明顯高于正常組(P0.05);2正常組、輕度和重度PE組胎盤(pán)組織中Integrinβ3的相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為0.61±0.14、0.57±0.13和0.51±0.12,輕、重度PE組表達(dá)均低于正常組(P0.05);3 MUC1與Integrinβ3在子癇前期患者胎盤(pán)中的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.79,P0.05)。結(jié)論 MUC1蛋白在子癇前期的表達(dá)隨病情加重而增加,Integrinβ3蛋白的表達(dá)隨病情的加重而降低,二者可能共同參與子癇前期發(fā)病。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of mucin 1 (MUC1) and integrin 尾 3(Integrin 尾 3 (integrin 尾 3(Integrin 尾 3) in placenta of preeclampsis (PEP) patients, and to explore their roles in the placenta of preeclampsia. Methods the expression of MUC1 and Integrin 尾 3 protein in placenta of mild preeclampsia group (20 cases of mild PE group), severe group (20 cases of severe PE group) and normal pregnancy group (20 cases of normal pregnancy group) were detected by Western blot. Results 1the relative expression of MUC1 in placenta of normal group, mild PE group and severe PE group were 0.53 鹵0.130.56 鹵0.12 and 0.90 鹵0.20, respectively. The relative expression levels of Integrin 尾 3 in placenta of mild and severe PE groups were 0.61 鹵0.14 0.57 鹵0.13 and 0.51 鹵0.12, respectively. The expression of Integrin 尾 3 in severe PE group was lower than that in normal group. The expression of Integrin 尾 3 in placenta of preeclampsia group was negatively correlated with that of Integrin 尾 3 expression in placenta of preeclampsia patients. Conclusion the expression of MUC1 protein in preeclampsia increases with the severity of preeclampsia, and the expression of integrin 尾 3 protein decreases with the severity of the disease. Both of them may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
