【摘要】：目的探討血清微管解聚蛋白(STMN1)及骨橋蛋白(OPN)聯(lián)合檢測在宮頸癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移診斷中的價(jià)值。方法 96例宮頸癌患者根據(jù)是否出現(xiàn)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移分為淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移27例(A組)與無淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移69例(B組),采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測血清STMN1及OPN。結(jié)果 A組和B組血清STMN1的陽性率分別為88.89%(24/27)、69.56%(48/69),P0.05;A組和B組血清OPN的陽性率分別為96.29%(26/27)、68.11%(47/69),P0.05。STMN1和OPN診斷宮頸癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的敏感度分別為88.89%、96.29%,二者聯(lián)合檢測敏感度為100%。結(jié)論血清STMN1及OPN聯(lián)合檢測有助于宮頸癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of serum microtubule depolymerization protein (STMN 1) and osteopontin (OPN) in the diagnosis of cervical cancer lymph node metastasis. Methods Ninety-six patients with cervical cancer were divided into two groups according to whether lymph node metastasis occurred or not. There were 27 cases of lymph node metastasis in group A and 69 cases in group B without lymph node metastasis. Serum STMN1 and OPN were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results the positive rates of serum STMN1 in group A and group B were 88.89 / 24 / 27 and 69.56, respectively. The positive rates of serum OPN in group A and group B were 96.292626 / 27 and 68.110.47 / 69 respectively, and the sensitivity of diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer by OPN and STMN1 were 88.8996.299.290.The sensitivity of the combined detection was 100. Conclusion the combined detection of serum STMN1 and OPN is helpful for the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer.
