【摘要】：目的探討STAT33及其磷酸化蛋白(p-STAT3)在人類不明原因復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)中的作用。方法采用Western blot法、免疫組化檢測20例原因不明的復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者(流產(chǎn)組)及20例行人工流產(chǎn)正常妊娠婦女(正常組)蛻膜中STAT3及其磷酸化p-STAT3分子的表達(dá)。結(jié)果流產(chǎn)組STAT3蛋白表達(dá)水平與正常組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),流產(chǎn)組p-STAT3蛋白表達(dá)水平與正常組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),而流產(chǎn)組p-STAT3/STAT3比值明顯高于正常組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 STAT3蛋白在人類不明原因的復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者的蛻膜組織中均有表達(dá),但STAT3的磷酸化蛋白p-STAT3及p-STAT3/STAT3在復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者中明顯升高,STAT3磷酸化蛋白表達(dá)水平升高可能參與了復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)的發(fā)病機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of STAT33 and its phosphorylated protein p-STAT 3 in recurrent abortion with unknown causes. Methods the expression of STAT3 and phosphorylated p-STAT3 in decidua of 20 patients with recurrent abortion with unknown cause (abortion group) and 20 normal pregnant women with induced abortion (normal group) were detected by Western blot immunohistochemical method. Results there was no significant difference in the expression of STAT3 protein between the abortion group and the normal group (P 0.05). The expression of p-STAT3 protein in the abortion group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P 0.05), but the p-STAT3/STAT3 ratio in the abortion group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P 0.05). Conclusion STAT3 protein is expressed in decidual tissues of patients with recurrent abortion of unknown cause. However, the increased expression of phosphorylated protein p-STAT3 and p-STAT3/STAT3 of STAT3 in recurrent abortion may be involved in the pathogenesis of recurrent abortion.
