【摘要】：目的:探討Myosure宮腔鏡組織切除系統(tǒng)治療宮內(nèi)良性占位病變的臨床療效。方法:回顧性分析2014年11月至2015年10月應(yīng)用Myosure宮腔鏡組織切除系統(tǒng)治療宮內(nèi)良性占位病變的74例患者的臨床資料。根據(jù)術(shù)后1月隨訪結(jié)果,包括陰道流血情況、月經(jīng)改善情況、是否接受再次干預(yù),將手術(shù)療效分為滿意與不滿意。結(jié)果:74例患者完成手術(shù)順利,無器械故障發(fā)生。手術(shù)操作時(shí)間平均11分鐘,平均出血量24.3 ml。Ⅰ、Ⅱ型黏膜下肌瘤27例患者行Myosure治療術(shù)后滿意率達(dá)96.3%,宮內(nèi)妊娠物殘留47例患者行Myosure治療術(shù)后滿意率達(dá)91.5%。74例患者術(shù)中及術(shù)后均無并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。結(jié)論:Myosure宮腔鏡組織切除系統(tǒng)治療宮內(nèi)良性占位病變安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Myosure hysteroscopic resection system in the treatment of intrauterine benign space occupying lesions. Methods: retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 74 patients with benign intrauterine occupying lesions with Myosure hysteroscopic resection system from November 2014 to October 2015. According to the results of the January follow-up, including vaginal bleeding, month The results of the operation were satisfactory and dissatisfied. Results: 74 patients completed the operation smoothly without equipment failure. The operation time averaged 11 minutes, the average amount of bleeding was 24.3 ml. I, 27 patients with submucous submucous myoma of type II had a satisfactory rate of 96.3% after Myosure treatment and 47 cases of intrauterine remnants of intrauterine pregnancy. The satisfaction rate of patients after Myosure treatment was up to 91.5%.74 patients without complications during and after operation. Conclusion: Myosure hysteroscopic resection system is safe and effective in the treatment of benign intrauterine occupying lesions.
