【摘要】：正甲狀腺功能減退是由多種原因造成下丘腦的垂體-甲狀腺軸功能障礙,進而導(dǎo)致甲狀腺激素的合成減少,或甲狀腺受體功能缺陷,導(dǎo)致機體甲狀腺激素的利用率下降,從而出現(xiàn)的一系列代謝減低等相關(guān)臨床癥狀、體征[1]。妊娠期婦女因雌、孕激素水平的變化,可影響甲狀腺激素(TH)水平的劇烈波動,而導(dǎo)致妊娠期出現(xiàn)甲狀腺功能異常的相關(guān)癥狀體征,其中妊娠期甲狀腺功能減退是較為典型的表現(xiàn)。TH在人體內(nèi)主要由甲狀腺組
[Abstract]:Positive hypothyroidism is caused by various causes of hypothalamic pituitary-thyroid axis dysfunction, which leads to a decrease in the synthesis of thyroid hormones, or thyroid receptor dysfunction, leading to a decrease in the utilization rate of thyroid hormones. A series of related clinical symptoms and signs such as hypometabolism [1]. The changes of estrogen and progesterone levels in pregnant women can affect the violent fluctuation of thyroid hormone th) and lead to symptoms and signs of thyroid dysfunction during pregnancy.
