【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,20歲,因妊娠28周,全身瘙癢不適1+月,于2016年7月15日收入我院�；颊咴衅谖葱幸�(guī)律產(chǎn)檢,1+月前,無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)全身瘙癢不適,以雙上肢、雙下肢為著,伴間斷性皮膚、鞏膜、黏膜輕度黃染,黃疸于勞累、飲食欠佳后出現(xiàn),可自行緩解,無(wú)發(fā)熱、皮疹,無(wú)惡心、嘔吐,無(wú)腹脹、腹痛等不適,大小便正常。1周前出現(xiàn)牙齦腫脹不適,伴刷牙時(shí)牙齦出血,6天前就診于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院,肝功能示:天門冬酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)232 U/L、
[Abstract]:A case report of 20 years old, 28 weeks gestation, systemic itching discomfort for 1 month, admitted to our hospital on July 15, 2016. Gingival bleeding accompanied by tooth brushing was admitted to the local hospital 6 days ago. Liver function showed aspartate aminotransferase AST232UL / r.
