【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)不同針刺深度對(duì)絕經(jīng)過渡期患者生活質(zhì)量和內(nèi)分泌的影響。方法:將90例患者隨機(jī)分配到深刺組(30例)、安慰針組(30例)和淺刺組(30例)。采用圍絕經(jīng)期生活質(zhì)量量表(MENQOL)、以及生殖內(nèi)分泌相關(guān)激素指標(biāo)卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黃體生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)的變化情況作為主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:(1)3組患者M(jìn)ENQOL總分治療后各時(shí)點(diǎn)比較,除第4周外,深刺組與安慰針組、淺刺組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而淺刺組與穴位安慰針組同期比較,僅在第8周時(shí)點(diǎn)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(2)MENQOL量表各維度比較:深刺組與安慰針組比較,血管舒縮癥狀維度評(píng)分在治療后各時(shí)點(diǎn)以及心理、生理維度評(píng)分在治療第8周、治療后1個(gè)月和治療后3個(gè)月,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);深刺組與淺刺組同期比較,生理維度評(píng)分在治療第8周,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(3)內(nèi)分泌改變:深刺組與淺刺組均能降低LH水平,且深刺組下降幅度較淺刺組大,與安慰針組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:穴位不同針刺深度影響絕經(jīng)過渡期患者生活質(zhì)量,深刺療效優(yōu)于淺刺,淺刺優(yōu)于安慰針刺;深刺以及淺刺對(duì)患者生殖內(nèi)分泌有良性調(diào)整趨勢(shì),需待進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of different acupuncture depth on life quality and endocrine of menopausal transitional period patients. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into deep needling group (n = 30), comfort needle group (n = 30) and superficial needling group (n = 30). The changes of quality of life (MENQOLN), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LHN) and estradiol (E _ 2) were used to evaluate. Results there were significant differences in the total MENQOL scores of the three groups after treatment except for the 4th week, there were significant differences between the deep needling group, the comfort acupuncture group and the shallow needling group (P 0.05), but the comparison between the shallow needling group and the acupoint comfort acupuncture group was only at the 8th week. There were significant differences in the dimensions of MENQOL: compared with the placebo acupuncture group, the scores of vasomotor symptom dimension and psychological and physiological dimensions were at the 8th week of treatment, 1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment in the deep needling group and the comfort needle group. The differences were statistically significant (P 0.05), the physiological dimension scores of deep needling group and shallow needling group were significantly different at the 8th week of treatment (P 0.05, P < 0.05) endocrine changes: both deep pricking group and shallow needling group could decrease LH level. The decrease of deep needling group was larger than that of shallow needling group, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of comfort needle group (P 0.05). Conclusion: different acupuncture depths at acupoints affect the quality of life of patients with menopausal transitional period. The curative effect of deep acupuncture is better than that of shallow acupuncture, and shallow acupuncture is superior to comfort acupuncture, and deep needling and shallow pricking have a tendency of benign adjustment on reproductive endocrine of patients, which should be further studied.
