【摘要】：正研究報(bào)道輔助生殖技術(shù)(ART)治療單卵三胎發(fā)生率是自然妊娠的2~12倍[1-3]。單卵三胎形成的具體機(jī)制不清,研究認(rèn)為可能與超促排卵、卵母細(xì)胞透明帶顯微操作及體外培養(yǎng)微環(huán)境、囊胚移植等因素相關(guān)。單卵三胎妊娠的并發(fā)癥甚多,包括單卵雙胎輸血綜合征、流產(chǎn)、早產(chǎn)、胎兒畸形等,然而目前其臨床處理并無(wú)統(tǒng)一原則。本文報(bào)道安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心自1998年成立以來(lái)僅有的2例單絨毛膜單卵三胎妊娠患者,報(bào)告其中1例減胎失敗的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及另1例期待療法的臨床結(jié)局,并回顧分析相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)單卵三胎
[Abstract]:It is reported that the incidence of single ovum triplets treated with assisted reproductive technique (ART) is 2 to 12 times higher than that of natural pregnancy [1-3]. The mechanism of the formation of single egg triplets is unclear, which may be related to the factors such as hyperstimulation, micromanipulation of oocyte pellucida, microenvironment of culture in vitro, blastocyst transplantation and so on. There are many complications of single ovum triple pregnancy, including single egg twin transfusion syndrome, abortion, premature delivery, fetal malformation, etc. However, there is no unified principle in clinical management. This paper reports only 2 cases of single chorionic monozygote triplet pregnancy in the Reproductive Medicine Center of the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University since its establishment in 1998. The experience of one case of fetal failure and the clinical outcome of the other case of expectant therapy are reported. The related literatures were reviewed and summarized.
