【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,50歲,因發(fā)現(xiàn)陰道脫出物3年,陰道脫出物破裂半小時于2014年12月30日入院。3年前發(fā)現(xiàn)陰道有一脫出物,勞累時明顯,休息時消失,曾至當(dāng)?shù)亻T診就診,診斷為子宮脫垂(具體情況不詳),未治療。10~+天前出現(xiàn)尿頻、尿淋漓不盡癥狀,無尿痛;伴便秘,不伴腰痛、腰酸、下墜等癥狀。于入院當(dāng)日15時左右排便時陰道脫出一約8 cm×6 cm×5 cm的包塊,因不能自行還納,患者坐硬凳擬將其擠入陰道,因壓力過大,包塊破裂,自訴擠出清亮、鼻涕樣黏液數(shù)百毫升,伴出血,量中,無疼痛
[Abstract]:The patient was 50 years old, who was admitted to hospital on December 30, 2014 because of the discovery of vaginal prolapse for 3 years and the rupture of vaginal prolapse for half an hour. It was found three years ago that there was an exfoliation in the vagina, which was obvious when tired, disappeared during rest, and had been admitted to the local outpatient clinic. Diagnosis of uterine prolapse (specific situation unknown, untreated .10 ~ days before the occurrence of frequent urination, urine dripping endless symptoms, anuria; constipation, without low back pain, acid, fall and other symptoms. At about 15:00 on the day of admission, the vagina protruded a mass of about 8 cm 脳 6 cm 脳 5 cm. Because it could not be returned by itself, the patient sat on a hard stool to squeeze it into the vagina. Due to excessive pressure, the mass was ruptured, self-reported extrusion was clear, and the nasal mucus was hundreds of milliliters of mucus. With bleeding, no pain in volume
