【摘要】：目的探討胎盤蛋白13(PP13)聯(lián)合胎盤生長因子(PLGF)早期篩查子癇前期的價值。方法選取2014年1月—2015年12月三亞市婦幼保健院符合納入標準的孕婦168例為研究對象。其中子癇前期84例(病例組),正常孕婦84例(對照組)。于妊娠期11~13周采用ELISA法分別檢測血清PP13、PLGF水平,繪制PP13、PLGF及PP13聯(lián)合PLGF早期篩查子癇前期的受試者工作特征曲線(ROC)曲線,并計算靈敏度、特異度、正確率。結果病例組血清PP13、PLGF水平低于對照組(P0.05)。PP13早期篩查子癇前期的靈敏度、特異度及正確率分別為83.3%、76.2%及79.8%,PLGF早期篩查子癇前期的靈敏度、特異度及正確率分別為82.1%、73.8%及78.0%,PP13聯(lián)合PLGF早期篩查子癇前期的靈敏度、特異度及正確率分別為95.2%、94.0%及94.6%。結論 PP13聯(lián)合PLGF對子癇前期具有較好的早期篩查效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of placental protein 13 (PP13) combined with placental growth factor (PLGF) in early screening of preeclampsia. Methods 168 pregnant women in Sanya Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected. There were 84 cases of preeclampsia (case group) and 84 cases of normal pregnant women (control group). The serum PP13 PLGF levels were measured by ELISA method during 1113 weeks of gestation, and the operating characteristic curves of preeclampsia were plotted by PP13 PLGF and PP13 combined with PLGF, and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were calculated. Results the level of serum PP13 PLGF in the case group was lower than that in the control group. The specificity and accuracy were 83.3% and 79.8%, respectively, in the early screening of preeclampsia, and the sensitivity of PLGF in the early screening of preeclampsia was 79.8%. The specificity and accuracy were 82.1% and 78.0%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of PP13 combined with PLGF in early screening of preeclampsia were 95.2% and 94.6%, respectively. Conclusion PP13 combined with PLGF has good early screening effect for preeclampsia.
