【摘要】：卵巢癌的死亡率位居女性生殖道腫瘤的首位,目前尚無有效的篩查方法。近年來研究發(fā)現(xiàn),輸卵管傘端或是女性盆腔漿液性癌前病變或癌的來源。因子宮良性病變需切除子宮的絕經(jīng)前女性,同時(shí)接受預(yù)防性切除雙側(cè)輸卵管可能降低其患盆腔漿液性癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。文中將綜述預(yù)防性輸卵管切除術(shù)對盆腔良惡性病變的預(yù)防作用、術(shù)中及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥以及切除輸卵管對卵巢功能的影響,探討其安全性及可行性。
[Abstract]:Ovarian cancer has the highest mortality rate in female genital tract tumors, and there is no effective screening method. In recent years studies have found that fallopian tube ends or female pelvic serous precancerous lesions or sources of cancer. Premenopausal women who require hysterectomy for benign uterine lesions and receive prophylactic resection of bilateral fallopian tubes may reduce their risk of pelvic serous carcinoma. This paper reviews the preventive effect of prophylaxis salpingotomy on benign and malignant pelvic lesions, intraoperative and postoperative complications, and the effects of fallopian tube resection on ovarian function, and discusses its safety and feasibility.
