【摘要】：目的探討手術(shù)前后卵巢癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+、CD8+CD28-及CD8+Foxp3+調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞的變化及其臨床意義。方法流式細胞術(shù)檢測31例卵巢癌患者術(shù)前及術(shù)后外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+、CD8+CD28-及CD8+Foxp3+調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞的表達水平,并與20例卵巢良性腫瘤及20例健康體檢者做比較研究。結(jié)果卵巢癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+、CD8+CD28-及CD8+Foxp3+調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞的表達水平顯著高于卵巢良性腫瘤及健康體檢者(P0.01),Ⅲ/Ⅳ期卵巢癌患者外周血調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞表達水平顯著高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期患者(P0.05);卵巢癌患者外周血調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞的表達水平與病理類型無關(guān);手術(shù)后卵巢癌患者外周血調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞的比例顯著低于手術(shù)前(P0.05);Ⅰ/Ⅱ期卵巢癌患者手術(shù)后調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞的比例與健康體檢者相比無統(tǒng)計學差異,而Ⅲ/Ⅳ期病人術(shù)后調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞的比例仍顯著高于健康體檢者(P0.05)。結(jié)論 CD4+CD25+Foxp3+、CD8+CD28-及CD8+Foxp3+調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞與卵巢癌的病理進程及腫瘤負荷相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of CD28- and CD8 Foxp3 regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer before and after operation. Methods the expression of CD28- and CD8 Foxp3 regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of 31 patients with ovarian cancer were detected by flow cytometry before and after operation, and compared with 20 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 20 healthy controls. Results the expression of CD28- and CD8 Foxp3 regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that of patients with benign ovarian tumors and healthy controls (P 0.01).
