【摘要】：目的觀察子宮內膜樣腺癌術后組織中白細胞分化抗原(CD)74和上皮型黏附素(E-cadherin)的表達及二者在不同臨床病理特征中的表達差異,并分析其相關性。方法確診為子宮內膜樣腺癌患者的術后組織59例為觀察組,24例子宮內膜復雜性增生的子宮內膜組織為對照組,24例子宮脫垂患者術后留取的子宮內膜組織為正常對照組,應用免疫組化SP法檢測3組CD74和E-cadherin的表達。結果正常對照組、對照組和觀察組中CD74表達有明顯升高趨勢,E-cadherin表達有明顯下降趨勢;觀察組中CD74和E-cadherin表達與腫瘤淋巴結轉移和肌層浸潤深度密切相關,CD74與腫瘤分化程度和周圍炎細胞浸潤程度密切相關。相關分析顯示觀察組中CD74和E-cadherin表達呈負相關。結論子宮內膜樣腺癌中CD74和E-cadherin異常表達是促進腫瘤形成和進展的重要因素,CD74和E-cadherin的相關性可能與腫瘤轉移相關。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of leukocyte differentiation antigen (CDM74) and epithelial adhesion protein (E-cadherin) in endometrioid adenocarcinoma after operation, and to analyze the correlation between them in different clinicopathological features. Methods the postoperative tissues of 59 patients with endometrioid adenocarcinoma were divided into two groups: the control group (n = 24) with complicated endometrial hyperplasia and the control group (n = 24). Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CD74 and E-cadherin in three groups. Results the expression of E-cadherin in normal control group, control group and observation group was significantly increased. The expression of CD74 and E-cadherin was closely related to lymph node metastasis and depth of myometrial invasion in the observation group. CD74 was closely correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation and the degree of infiltration of peripheral inflammatory cells. Correlation analysis showed that the expression of CD74 and E-cadherin was negatively correlated in the observation group. Conclusion the abnormal expression of CD74 and E-cadherin in endometrial adenocarcinoma is an important factor to promote tumor formation and progression. The correlation between CD74 and E-cadherin may be related to tumor metastasis.
