【摘要】：目的 探討產前超聲檢查對胎兒腦膜膨出及腦膜腦膨出的臨床應用價值。方法 選取2011年1月到2015年6月經該院超聲診斷并經引產證實的腦膜膨出及腦膜腦膨出胎兒39例,回顧性分析其臨床資料及聲像圖特征。結果 2011年1月到2015年6月在該院接受超聲檢查的孕婦共111 620例,檢出腦膜膨出及腦膜腦膨出胎兒39例,檢出率0.35‰。超聲診斷腦膜膨出16例(其中1例膨出部位為兩處),腦膜腦膨出23例。產前超聲能清晰顯示胎兒顱骨缺損的部位、大小及膨出物的特點,并根據(jù)膨出物的特點判斷腦膨出的類別。結論 超聲檢查診斷胎兒腦膜膨出及腦膜腦膨出的準確性高,具有顯著的臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound examination in fetal meningeocele and meningeocele.
