【摘要】：目的 :通過光學(xué)相干斷層掃描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)觀察妊娠高血壓疾病患者眼底病變情況。方法:對98例妊娠高血壓疾病患者進行矯正視力檢查、眼底檢查、OCT檢查。觀察患者OCT表現(xiàn),分析OCT異常表現(xiàn)與矯正視力之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:OCT檢查有異常148眼(75.51%),其中視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)上皮層漿液性脫離84眼(56.76%),色素上皮層及橢圓體層改變38眼(25.68%)。其他改變?nèi)缫暠P水腫,視網(wǎng)膜有出血、棉絨斑等改變26眼(17.56%)。患者OCT異常表現(xiàn)與矯正視力之間存在相關(guān)性(P0.01),其中視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)上皮層脫離對視力的影響最大。結(jié)論:75.51%的妊娠高血壓疾病患者通過OCT檢查出異常,其異常表現(xiàn)主要有3種,顯示出OCT在該病眼底檢查中的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the fundus lesions of pregnancy hypertension patients by optical coherence tomography (Oct). Methods: 98 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension were examined with corrected visual acuity and fundus Oct. OCT findings were observed and the correlation between abnormal OCT manifestations and corrected visual acuity was analyzed. Results there were 148 eyes (75.51 eyes) with abnormal findings on Oct, including 84 eyes with retinal neurocortical serous detachment (84 eyes), 38 eyes with pigment epithelium and ellipsoid layer (25.68 eyes). Other changes, such as optic disc edema, retinal hemorrhage, cotton wool spots and other changes in 26 eyes. There was a correlation between abnormal manifestation of OCT and corrected visual acuity (P 0.01), in which retinal neurocortical detachment had the greatest influence on visual acuity. Conclusion 75.51% of the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were abnormal by OCT, and there were three main abnormal manifestations, which showed the superiority of OCT in the fundus examination of the disease.
