【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)子宮內(nèi)膜癌中Aurora激酶(Aurora)-A和生存素(Survivin)的表達(dá),關(guān)注二者表達(dá)的特征和相關(guān)性。方法 49例診斷為子宮內(nèi)膜癌并行根治術(shù)的患者為觀察組,留取術(shù)后蠟塊組織,20例正常增生期子宮內(nèi)膜組織為對(duì)照組。應(yīng)用免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)兩組中Aurora-A和Survivin的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 Aurora-A和Survivin在兩組中的表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。觀察組中Aurora-A和Survivin的陽(yáng)性率與腫瘤的最大徑密切相關(guān),Aurora-A的陽(yáng)性率與脈管侵犯和肌層浸潤(rùn)密切相關(guān),Survivin的陽(yáng)性率與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)。線性相關(guān)分析顯示觀察組中Aurora-A和Survivin無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性。結(jié)論子宮內(nèi)膜癌中Aurora-A和Survivin高表達(dá)可以促進(jìn)病變的形成和發(fā)展。Aurora-A和Survivin無(wú)明顯協(xié)同作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of Aurora kinase AuroraA and survivin in endometrial carcinoma, and to investigate their expression characteristics and correlation. Methods 49 cases of endometrial carcinoma were treated with radical resection and 20 cases of normal proliferative endometrium were taken as control group. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Aurora-A and Survivin in the two groups. Results the expression of Aurora-A and Survivin was significantly different between the two groups (P 0.01). The positive rate of Aurora-A and Survivin was closely related to the maximum diameter of tumor. The positive rate of Aurora-A was closely related to vascular invasion and myometrium invasion. The positive rate of survivin was closely related to lymph node metastasis. Linear correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between Aurora-A and Survivin in the observation group. Conclusion the high expression of Aurora-A and Survivin in endometrial carcinoma can promote the formation and development of endometrial carcinoma. Aurora-A and Survivin have no synergistic effect.
