【摘要】：胚胎在具有容受性的內(nèi)膜中充分植入是成功妊娠的前提,胚胎植入是一個受到精確調(diào)控的生理過程,可概括為胚胎的定位、黏附和侵入3個階段。血管新生貫穿于子宮內(nèi)膜周期性變化和胚胎植入過程,并為胚胎的發(fā)育提供了重要的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。本文就血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)、成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子(FGF)、轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子(TGF)、血管生成素(Ang)、整合素(integrin)等血管新生相關(guān)因子,在胚胎植入前內(nèi)膜準(zhǔn)備和胚胎植入過程中的表達(dá)規(guī)律及子宮內(nèi)膜血流灌注超聲評價2個方面進(jìn)行綜述,為進(jìn)一步干預(yù)血管新生過程,改善子宮內(nèi)膜容受性和提高胚胎種植成功率奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Embryo implantation in receptive endometrium is the premise of successful pregnancy. Embryo implantation is a physiological process controlled by precision, which can be summarized as three stages of embryo localization, adhesion and invasion. Angiogenesis runs through the periodic changes of endometrium and embryo implantation, and provides an important material basis for embryo development. In this paper, angiogenic factors such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), fibroblast growth factor (FGF), transforming growth factor (TGFN), angiopoietin (Ang), integrin (integrin), and so on, were studied. In order to further interfere with angiogenesis, the expression of endometrial preparation and embryo implantation and the ultrasound evaluation of endometrial blood flow perfusion were reviewed. Improving endometrial receptivity and increasing the success rate of embryo implantation lay the foundation.
