【摘要】：正孕產(chǎn)婦保健服務(wù)利用情況直接關(guān)系到母胎和母嬰健康,對于提高新生兒質(zhì)量和整體人口素質(zhì)具有重要的意義。早期發(fā)現(xiàn)胎兒畸形、胎兒染色體病大多可以通過孕前優(yōu)生遺傳咨詢與檢查來完成,而吉林省2014年產(chǎn)檢率(95.8%)略低于全國平均水平(96.2%),有必要宣傳孕前保健服務(wù)的重要性。為此,筆者應(yīng)用基于功效系數(shù)的分檔法綜合評價吉林省2005-2014年孕產(chǎn)婦保健服務(wù)利用情況的檢測值,為我省做好孕產(chǎn)
[Abstract]:The utilization of positive maternal health services is directly related to maternal and fetal health and maternal and child health. It is of great significance to improve the quality of newborns and the overall quality of the population. The early detection of fetal malformation and fetal chromosome disease can be accomplished by genetic counseling and examination of prepregnancy eugenics, while the birth and examination rate of Jilin Province in 2014 is slightly lower than the national average level of 96.22.It is necessary to publicize the importance of pre-pregnancy health care services. Therefore, the author comprehensively evaluates the detection value of the utilization of maternal health services in Jilin Province from 2005 to 2014 by using the method of grading based on efficacy coefficient, in order to do a good job of pregnancy and childbirth in our province.
