【摘要】：目的探討炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮聯(lián)合胰島素增敏劑(IS)對(duì)多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)患者內(nèi)分泌紊亂的干預(yù)作用。方法將80例POCS患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各40例,對(duì)照組應(yīng)用炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮治療,觀察組加用吡格列酮治療。治療前后檢測(cè)兩組血清去氫表雄酮硫酸鹽(Ds)、性激素結(jié)合蛋白(SHBG)、雄烯二酮(A2)、雌二醇(E2)、睪酮(T)、黃體生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、空腹胰島素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FPG)、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR)、胰島素分泌指數(shù)(HOMA-β)等指標(biāo)并進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果兩組E2、SHBG、Ds、A2、T均較治療前改善(P0.05或0.01),觀察組改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮與IS聯(lián)用降低PCOS患者體內(nèi)胰島素和雄激素水平,減輕胰島素抵抗,改善機(jī)體的內(nèi)分泌環(huán)境及提高卵巢功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the interventional effect of ethylestradiol cycloprogestrel combined with insulin sensitizer (ISI) on endocrine disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Eighty patients with POCS were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 40). The control group was treated with estradiol cycloprogestrel and the observation group was treated with pioglitazone. Serum Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulfate (DsN), Sex hormone binding protein (SHBGN), androstenedione A2U, estradiol (E2N), testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LHN), FSH, fasting insulin (FINSN), fasting blood glucose (FFP), insulin resistance index (IGR) were detected before and after treatment. HOMA-IRN and insulin secretion index (Homa-尾) were compared. Results the results showed that the improvement of E2H SHBGN DsA2T in the two groups was better than that before treatment (P0.05 or 0.01), and the improvement degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the combination of ethylestradiol cyproprogesterone and is can reduce insulin and androgen levels, alleviate insulin resistance, improve endocrine environment and improve ovarian function in patients with PCOS.
