【摘要】：[目的]觀察復(fù)方硫酸亞鐵葉酸片治療妊娠期貧血的臨床效果。[方法]將200例妊娠期貧血病人隨機分為觀察組和對照組各100例,對照組病人在飲食調(diào)理基礎(chǔ)上口服普通鐵劑,觀察組病人飲食調(diào)理基礎(chǔ)上服用復(fù)方硫酸亞鐵葉酸片,兩組病人均以20d為1個療程,2個療程后觀察兩組病人治療的臨床效果。[結(jié)果]觀察組病人臨床治療總有效率明顯高于對照組病人(P0.01),治療后副反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組病人(P0.05),妊娠結(jié)局明顯優(yōu)于對照組病人(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]復(fù)方硫酸亞鐵葉酸片治療妊娠期貧血臨床療效較高,且治療后副反應(yīng)較少,妊娠期高血壓、產(chǎn)后出血以及新生兒窒息發(fā)生率明顯降低。
[Abstract]:[objective] to observe the clinical effect of compound ferrous sulphate folic acid tablets in treating anemia during pregnancy. [methods] 200 patients with gestational anemia were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 100) and the control group (n = 100). Two groups of patients were treated with 20 days as a course of treatment, and the clinical effects of two groups were observed after two courses of treatment. [results] the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.01), the incidence of side effects was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the pregnancy outcome was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05). [conclusion] the clinical efficacy of compound ferrous folic acid sulfate tablets in the treatment of anemia complicating pregnancy is higher, and the side effects are less. The incidence of hypertension complicating pregnancy, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia is obviously reduced.
