【摘要】：目的探討獲卵數(shù)對40歲以上高齡不孕婦女行體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治療后的助孕結(jié)局的影響。方法對行IVF-ET治療的40歲以上高齡婦女的229個移植周期的臨床資料進行回顧性分析。按獲卵數(shù)分為3組,A組:獲卵數(shù)5個;B組:獲卵數(shù)5~9個;C組:獲卵數(shù)≥10個。分析3組IVF-ET治療的妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果統(tǒng)計229個移植周期,48個周期獲臨床妊娠,23個周期獲活產(chǎn),臨床妊娠率為20.9%,活產(chǎn)率為10.0%。A、B、C組的臨床妊娠率分別為15.7%、23.0%、22.1%,活產(chǎn)率為5.9%、12.1%、10.6%。結(jié)論 40歲以上高齡不孕婦女IVF治療活產(chǎn)率低,臨床妊娠率以及活產(chǎn)率不隨獲卵數(shù)增多而增加。
