【摘要】：目的探討血清趨化因子16(CX~CL16)表達(dá)水平在宮頸癌診斷中的價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析某院就診的宮頸癌、宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變、宮頸炎患者和健康對(duì)照患者其血清CX~CL16和糖蛋白抗原125(CA125)水平,比較其診斷陽(yáng)性率。結(jié)果宮頸癌患者血清CX~CL16、CA125水平明顯高于宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變、宮頸炎和健康對(duì)照組(F=4.432,P=0.000;F=2.452,P=0.027);宮頸癌晚期患者血清CX~CL16和CA125與宮頸癌早期相比顯著升高(t=18.241,12.441;P=0.000,0.000);宮頸癌患者、宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變患者和宮頸炎患者血清CX~CL16水平診斷陽(yáng)性率分別為91.12%、13.21%和16.44%;血清CA125水平診斷陽(yáng)性率分別為76.47%、56.60%和50.68%,宮頸癌患者血清CX~CL16水平診斷陽(yáng)性率與血清CA125水平診斷陽(yáng)性率相比顯著升高(χ~2=5.423,P=0.020),宮頸內(nèi)上皮瘤變和宮頸炎患者血清CX~CL16水平診斷陽(yáng)性率與血清CA125水平診斷陽(yáng)性率相比顯著降低(χ~2=17.322,8.916,P=0.000,0.000);宮頸癌早期、晚期血清CX~CL16水平診斷陽(yáng)性率為88.89%、100.00%,分別顯著高于血清CA125水平診斷陽(yáng)性率69.44%、81.25%(χ~2=4.126,6.621;P=0.042,0.010)。結(jié)論血清CX~CL16可以做為一種宮頸癌的腫瘤標(biāo)志物,較為特異和準(zhǔn)確地在臨床上應(yīng)用于宮頸癌的診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of serum chemokine 16 (CX L 16) expression in the diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods the serum levels of CX~CL16 and glycoprotein antigen 125 CA125 in patients with cervical cancer, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, cervicitis and healthy control were analyzed retrospectively and the positive rate of diagnosis was compared. Results the serum levels of CXC16 and CA125 in patients with cervical cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. The levels of serum CX~CL16 and CA125 in patients with advanced cervical cancer were significantly higher than those in the early stage of cervical cancer, and the levels of serum CX~CL16 and CA125 in patients with cervical cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with cervical cancer. The positive rates of serum CX~CL16 level in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervicitis were 91.121.21% and 16.44%, respectively, and the positive rates of serum CA125 levels were 76.470.60% and 50.68%, respectively. The positive rates of serum CX~CL16 levels and serum CA125 levels in cervical cancer patients were 56.60% and 50.68, respectively. The positive rate of serum CX~CL16 in patients with cervical epithelioma and cervicitis was significantly higher than that in serum CA125 (蠂 ~ 2 / 2, 5.423, P ~ (0.020)), and the positive rate of serum CX~CL16 was significantly lower than that of serum CA125 (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 17.3228.916 ~ (0.000) ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000). The positive rate of serum CX~CL16 in late stage was 88.89 and 100.000.It was significantly higher than that of serum CA125 69.44and 81.25, respectively (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 4.126 ~ 6.621 ~ 0.042 ~ 0.010). Conclusion Serum CX~CL16 can be used as a tumor marker of cervical cancer and can be used in clinical diagnosis of cervical cancer.
