【摘要】：正主動脈竇瘤(aortic sinus aneurysm)是一種非常罕見的心臟病,多數(shù)病人發(fā)病隱匿,一般未破裂前多無明顯癥狀,進展緩慢,常于劇烈活動時發(fā)生主動脈竇動脈瘤破裂,可迅速惡化至心力衰竭,嚴重者可致死亡。Takach等[1]報道主動脈瘤占所有先天性心臟病的0.1%~3.5%,妊娠合并主動脈竇瘤更為罕見。溫州醫(yī)科大學附屬第一醫(yī)院于2011年收治1例妊娠合并主動脈右冠竇竇瘤破入右室流出道伴主動脈無冠瓣脫垂并中重度關閉不全。
[Abstract]:Aortic sinus aneurysm (sinus) is a very rare heart disease. Most of the patients have occult onset, usually without obvious symptoms before rupture, and often develop slowly, often with ruptured aortic sinus aneurysms during intense activity. Severe cases may cause death. Takach et al. [1] Aortic aneurysm accounts for 0.1% of all congenital heart diseases, and pregnancy with aortic sinus aneurysm is more rare. The first affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University admitted a case of pregnancy with aortic right coronary sinus aneurysm into the right ventricular outflow tract in 2011.
