【摘要】：維生素D作為一類脂溶性必需維生素,參與體內(nèi)多種生物學(xué)過程,具有預(yù)防和治療佝僂病、老年性骨折等功能;同時(shí)作為一種重要的免疫功能調(diào)節(jié)劑,參與調(diào)節(jié)各種免疫細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)、分化與功能,影響細(xì)胞因子和抗微生物肽的分泌,在固有性免疫和適應(yīng)性免疫中發(fā)揮重要作用,參與骨骼、肌肉疾病、免疫系統(tǒng)疾病、糖尿病、心血管疾病、腎臟疾病及腫瘤的發(fā)病等,已成為當(dāng)前醫(yī)學(xué)研究熱點(diǎn)之一。近年來研究發(fā)現(xiàn),維生素D缺乏與產(chǎn)科多種疾病相關(guān),現(xiàn)將其研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Vitamin D, as a lipid soluble essential vitamin, participates in a variety of biological processes in the body, has the function of preventing and treating rickets and senile fracture, and is an important immune function regulator, and is involved in regulating the growth, differentiation and function of various immune cells, affecting the secretion of cytokines and antimicrobial peptides, and is inherent in the secretion of cytokines and antimicrobial peptides. Sexual and adaptive immunity plays an important role in bone, muscle disease, immune system disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease and tumor, and it has become one of the hotspots in the current medical research. In recent years, it has been found that vitamin D deficiency is related to many diseases in the family, and its research progress is reviewed.
