【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)宮頸癌組織中VEGF-C、VEGF-D mRNA及D2-40的表達(dá)水平。方法采用免疫組化方法、RT-PCR檢測(cè)正常宮頸、宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變及宮頸癌中VEGF-C、VEGF-D mRNA及D2-40的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 VEGF-C、VEGF-D mRNA及D2-40在正常宮頸組織、宮頸高級(jí)別上皮內(nèi)瘤變組織及宮頸癌中陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率呈遞增關(guān)系;VEGF-C、VEGF-D mRNA及D2-40的表達(dá)與宮頸癌的臨床分期、組織學(xué)分級(jí)及淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移明顯相關(guān),而與年齡及病理學(xué)分類(lèi)無(wú)關(guān)。VEGF-C與VEGF-D陽(yáng)性表達(dá)不完全一致,兩者合測(cè)增加陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率。結(jié)論 VEGF-C、VEGF-D mRNA及D2-40在宮頸癌組織中高表達(dá),在不同臨床分期及組織學(xué)分級(jí)中的表達(dá)水平不同,與宮頸癌淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of VEGF-D mRNA and D 2-40 in cervical carcinoma. Methods the expression of VEGF-Con VEGF-D mRNA and D2-40 in normal cervix, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results the positive expression rates of VEGF-D mRNA and D2-40 in normal cervical tissues, cervical high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma were increased. The expression of VEGF-CnVEGF-D mRNA and D2-40 were significantly correlated with the clinical stage, histological grade and lymphatic metastasis of cervical carcinoma. The positive expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D was not consistent with age and pathological classification. Conclusion VEGF-D mRNA and D2-40 are highly expressed in cervical carcinoma, and the expression levels of VEGF-D mRNA and D2-40 are different in different clinical stages and histological grades, which are related to lymphatic metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
